Fall League

What:
An instructional, recreational, and competitive baseball program for the youth of our community.
Who:
For children who live in city of Lafayette or attend a school in the LSC district.
Baseball for Ages:
  • Pinto 7 & 8 as of April 30, 2019
  • Mustang 9 & 10 as of April 30, 2019 (will use the pitching machine for the entire season)
  • Bronco 11 & 12 as of April 30, 2019
  • Pony 13 & 14 as of April 30, 2019
Where:
  • Pinto and Mustang games will be played at Armstrong Park.
  • Bronco and Pony games will be played at McCaw Park*
  • *Some Bronco and Pony games could be played at surrounding county schools similar to the spring baseball season.
  • When:
    All practices will start the week of 8/26 and then continue into game season ending on or before October 13th-14th. Pony, Bronco, and Mustang will possibly require travel to area fields such as Wea, Battleground, etc.
    PONY
    Majority of pony leagues games will be played on Sunday afternoons at McCaw Park
    BRONCO
    Bronco games will be played on Tues, Wed, Thurs and Sat. – Teams will not play on every one of these nights. These are just the nights that the teams may potentially play.

    MUSTANG
    Mustang games will be played on Tues, Wed, Thurs and Sat. – Teams will not play on every one of these nights. These are just the nights that the teams may potentially play.

    PINTO
    Games will be at Armstrong Park
    Pinto games will be played Mon, Tues, Wed, and Thur nights. Teams will not play on every one of these nights. These are just the nights that the teams may potentially play.

    Your registration fees help to cover uniforms, umpires, baseballs and other expenses. All players will receive a shirt and hat for the 2018 fall baseball league. It is the players’ responsibility to supply their own baseball pants.

    Team Assignments

    Teams will be divided as evenly as possible by league staff, based upon talent/skill level of players. Teams will not be divided based on geographic location or school attended. Registration will close August 21st. Teams will be made and coaches will contact teams as soon as possible after that. Practices should start the following week.

    Fundraiser Information:

    There will not be any fundraiser for the fall baseball season.
    Parents also will not be required to help out in the concession stand.
